In order to cater for my growing number of students I have tried to develop a variety of classes that are perfect for beginners and for those looking to develop a more mindful approach to life.
Each class offers a slightly different flavour and experience of these beautiful arts. From a perfect stress buster to a gentle approach to exercise, find your flowing movements in Qigong and Tai Chi.
