What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, deep breathing, and focused intention to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, or "qi". It is a gentle practice that aims to improve health and well-being by harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit.
